About Us

Our journey began with one single step .

In 1997, the founder of PPI and its subsidiaries launched their first real estate development project in Lebanon under the name Prime Construct. Like any fast-growing startup, the successful project led to a plethora of other real estate ventures rapidly expanding Prime Construct’s portfolio.
In 2000, the owner and Prime Co.’s management entered the telecommunications market and established Primegate, a JV with a large UK-based telecommunications firm. Later that year, Pros-Services, one of the largest and fastest-growing ISPs in Lebanon, was established. Soon after, Pros-Services opened additional branches in Europe and Asia.
Currently Pros-Services has over 1 million users throughout Lebanon and has partnered with various regional companies to replicate the Pros-Services business model.
Then in 2011 PPI’s management decided to leverage its expertise in construction management and headed to Africa to take on various NGO & government-funded projects.

These projects were very successful and helped the group enter into other markets including resource extraction, energy, mineral processing, telecommunications, and large-scale infrastructure development. This is when Prime Pro Investments Holding (PPI Holding) was born and tasked with managing the overall subsidiary strategy.
The principles that guide our operations consist of our genuine customer-oriented approach and our added-value in the form of lower-than-market rates of which the savings are always passed on to our clients.
